In CLIMB’s newest interplay, students learn skills to bounce back form hard situations.

K-2 Educational Objectives

1. To define bullying.
2. To teach students how assertiveness and passivity are communicated through body language/voice.
3. To provide students with an assertive verbal response to bullying behavior.
4. To practice what to do if you see bullying.

3-6 Educational Objectives

1. To define bullying.
2. To explain the difference between bullying behavior and other instances of conflict.
3. To practice steps for responding to bullying.
4. To encourage students to be kind to people who are bullied.

CLIMB offers two bullying prevention classes–one for grades K-2 and one for grades 3-6. Each class is carefully crafted to be age-appropriate and effective at helping students know what to do in bullying situations. Whether they’re interacting with the hilarious characters Ajax Applesauce and Spartacus Stroganoff, or role-playing ways to stand up for someone else, CLIMB’s bullying prevention classes will help your students create a safer, more positive school environment.
