Resiliency Interplay (6-12)


In CLIMB’s bullying prevention classes, students learn what bullying is and how to stop it when they see it happening to themselves and others.


6-9 Educational Objectives

1. To define bullying.
2. To teach students how assertiveness and passivity are communicated through body language/voice.
3. To provide students with an assertive verbal response to bullying behavior.
4. To practice what to do if you see bullying.

9-12 Educational Objectives

1. To define bullying.
2. To explain the difference between bullying behavior and other instances of conflict.
3. To practice steps for responding to bullying.
4. To encourage students to be kind to people who are bullied.
