In an increasingly “I-centered” world, considering the feelings of others is often forgotten. Research shows that teaching children to be empathetic leads to a more respectful school environment with less bullying. In our Interplays on empathy, Actor-Educators highlight various situations where empathy can be used. Ultimately, students are left with a simple but powerful message: be kind.
