Every day, kids are bombarded with conflicting messages about their bodies, from advertising selling sugary treats to magazine articles with Photoshopped models. CLIMB’s classes for grades K-2 and 3-6 cut through the clutter and provide students with factual information about nutrition and exercise, while avoiding the shame and stigma that come from equating body type with worth.
